Please change your records accordingly. If you have already mailed your payment made payable to S.J. Beaulieu, Jr., please rest assured that it will be processed as normal. As always, when you are mailing a payment, please be sure that your name and case number are clearly written upon the face of the payment to help avoid any delays in processing.
