Effective January 1, 2008, the following interest rates are suggested for use in Chapter 13 cases in the San Antonio Division of the Western District of Texas:

Cars and Consumer Goods: 9%

Home Arrearages: Default rate of contract or 9%

IRS: 7%

Real Estate Taxes: 12%

State Comptroller: 8.5%
