The mission of the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee's Office is to accurately and efficiently administer Chapter 13 cases assigned to us by the United States Bankruptcy Court, under the supervision of the United States Trustee. We function as a clearinghouse, to receive and disburse funds exactly as prescribed by the Orders of the Court, and to follow through with comprehensive case management that serves all who transact business with our office. NOTICE: We strongly encourage debtors, attorneys, and creditors to utilize the National Data Center for inquiries in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. The National Data Center's website is: https://www.13datacenter.com/ and has more reporting capabilities than our website can provide. We will continue to provide access to cases on our website. WRITTEN INFORMATION NOTICES ISSUED BY BANK OF AMERICA TO THE CHAPTER 13 STANDING TRUSTEE |

| The office of Janna L. Countryman, Chapter 13 Standing Trustee, is receiving significant numbers of written informational notices from Bank of America ("BOA") each month about Chapter 13 debtors with BOA home loans pursuant to BOA's agreement with the Federal Trade Commission. The Trustee understands that these notices are also mailed directly to each Chapter 13 debtor. Based upon the Trustee's concerns about privacy and the relevancy of these notices, her office will take no action upon them. When the Trustee's office receives such notices, they will be destroyed and discarded to maintain the confidentiality of debtor information.
