Since the amendments to the Bankruptcy Code enacted by the U.S. Congress in 2005, the Trustee no longer provides a free seminar for persons filing new cases. It is now however a legal requirement that two counseling sessions must be completed in order for you to file a case, and obtain a Chapter 13 discharge.

One of the requirements is that you must obtain counseling before you are eligible to file a case.  The other is a requirement that you obtain additional counseling before you can obtain a discharge.

You should be familiar with these requirements, and should receive instruction concerning these requirements from your attorney.
