In order to view case and claim information and print status reports,
your Display Settings must be set to a minimum of 600 x 800. 

To check your settings, click on the 'Start' button, select 'Settings',
select 'Control Panel', select 'Display', click on the 'Settings' tab and adjust the "Screen Area" to a setting of 800 x 600 or higher.
