1. Do NOT send the Trustee paper/courtesy copies of any pleadings
including proofs of claims that you file with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. The
Trustee receives all filed pleadings electronically and does not want
courtesy copies. |

2. Proposed Orders will be processed as follows: |

|
|
**Email the
proposed Order to the Trustee with a request for the Trustee's approval.
Upon reviewing the proposed order, and, if approved, the Order will be
returned to the movant with the Trustee's consent to sign the order
with the Trustee's e-signature. The consent and proposed Order will be
returned to the movant via email so the movant can electronically file the
proposed Order with the Court. |
